In order to process your rights request, Sift’s Privacy Team needs to collect information to verify your
identity. Once you complete this webform a unique link will be sent to your email, which has been
specifically generated for you. You will be asked to upload your government-issued identification
document (e.g., state driver’s license, passport) and a selfie so we can verify your identity. If you have
