Ken Palla

Ken Palla worked as the Director at MUFG Union Bank for close to 20 years, managing online security threat analysis and researching/implementing online security solutions for the bank until his retirement in 2019. Ken also helped shape the initial responses to the U.S. 2005 and 2011 FFIEC Regulatory Guidance to improve online security for U.S. Banks. He has deep experience implementing online security products, ranging from multi-factor authentication, behavioral biometrics, to malware detection and account-opening security controls. He currently serves as a consultant for banks (especially on Zelle fraud) and online security vendors.
