Jacob Sanchez is a leader in the Trust & Safety industry with 13 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming large global fraud and trust & safety programs. He has worked across high-growth companies in iGaming and gambling at FanDuel and Punt, cannabis fintech at LeafLink, and a 3-sided delivery marketplace at Favor Delivery, owned by HEB. He started his career in customer service and fraud operations at Rackspace and quickly found a passion for the industry. As a former Sift customer, Jacob helps merchants across different verticals solve their Trust & Safety challenges with Sift's platform and community of experts. He joined Sift to give back to the Trust & Safety community as a trusted resource who has faced many of the same challenges they fight today.
